Near Pleven, on the left bank of the Vit River in the area of ​​the village of Sadovets, where the river exits the Studenets Canyon; plant the first planted vineyard - he calls it "Kalugeritsa" named after the beautiful migratory bird Kalugeritsa. The soil is gray forested, powerful, drained from a gravelly base on karst, and the altitude is about 180 meters. This is how the first 90 acres of vineyards, planted mainly with the Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir varieties, are made. In 2012, the largest vineyard was planted with the richest variety of main white wine grape varieties - the vineyard above the caves near the village of Petarnitsa with a total area of ​​250 decares. The name of the vineyard is inspired by the beautiful 5 caves over which the massif extends. In 2013, the emblematic for Haralambievi and the most famous in the Dubnik vineyard was planted. It is located on the left bank of the Vit River in the area of ​​the village of Gorni Dabnik, where the river descends from the hills of the Predbalkana and heads to its mouth. The soil is strong, well-structured, drained on a karst base, and the altitude is about 180 meters, with a total area of ​​170 acres and a variety of mostly red varieties - Rubin, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Muscat Otonel. In 2017, the Mogilev Vineyard is also planted, located in the middle of the slope near the spring of the Petarnitsa Bar near the village of Petarnitsa, where the soil is a shallow gray forest on a karst base with a high clay content and an altitude of about 300 meters. - a vineyard at the foot of the Pre-Balkans. Under the conditions of this vineyard the local variety Kailushki Misket is grown. Thus, the total area of ​​vineyards grown on the vineyard exceeds 850 decares.

In 2018, the old cooperative cellar of the village of Petarnitsa was restored. Pleven and a small winery with a capacity of up to 1000 hl of wine a year was created. The Winery creates wines with an interesting modern read on classic, introduced varieties, along with typical and not so familiar local ones. The winery is closely specialized in the production of short wines from the region's iconic wines, created in Pleven, varieties such as Kailushki Misket and Rubin, as well as premium white and distinctive elegant red wines from classic world varieties, demonstrating the power and potential of the terror of Northern Bulgaria. - the place to produce distinctive white and elegant complex red wines!.
